What happens when you call
- Your call is answered and routed to an available local restoration provider.
- They ask about the source, the affected area and whether water is still flowing.
- They give you an estimated arrival time and any safety steps to take now.
- On arrival they inspect, explain the plan and pricing, and start extraction.
Is it an emergency?
Call right away if water is still flowing, standing water covers more than one room, water has reached electrical outlets or ceilings are sagging, sewage is involved, or a storm has opened your roof. Even a smaller leak is worth a same-day call because drying costs climb the longer materials stay wet.
While you wait
- Shut off water and, if safe, power to the area.
- Take photos and video.
- Move rugs, electronics and documents to a dry area.
- Open interior doors for airflow; in humid weather keep windows closed and AC running.
Water on the floor right now?
Shut off the water if you safely can, keep away from wet outlets, and call. We'll connect you with an available local restoration provider.
